Our friendly instructor Izumi will share her skills and techniques required to put together a truly astonishing party plate.

There will be the opportunity to learn 3 types of popular sushi such as Hoso-maki (Thin-rolled), Ura-maki (Inside-out-rolled) and Te-maki (Hand-rolled).

Also this class is a brilliant experience gift for a Birthday, Anniversary or even Christmas.
We can supply either an e-card or a real card sent via post inviting your chosen person to the mini sushi classes.
