The Japanese word “omotenashi” is generally understood as “hospitality”, although it means more when it comes to a Japanese restaurant outside of Japan. Omotenashi is not only about serving excellent meals but mainly about making the constant effort to welcome and please guests by paying attention to every single detail. That is what we – Santatsu – aim to offer customers in our restaurant.
