Restaurant Aji Kongens

Running Sushi - also called Kaiten Zushi - is a Japanese concept, where the plates of sushi are placed on a rotating conveyor belt that stretches through the restaurant, past all the tables.

Originally, each type of sushi had its special plate, which made the settlement easy. When the guests had finished eating, they simply paid for the number and tip of plates they had taken from the conveyor belt.

At Aji we have a unit price, so just eat out of all our delicious sushi flavors - well-groomed.
