Our name Sushi-Do, which means “way of the sushi”, will lead you to a unique experience of Japanese cuisine. Since 2004 we have opened our family business for you. It is perhaps the smallest Sushi bar in Hannover, but for that reason very cozy and family. By simplicity and a simple appearance, we would like to pay attention to what you are going for in a sushi bar - the sushi.
