Besides our a la carte menu, we serve every month a seasonal menu that can be enjoyed as a 3, 5 or 7 course menu. The first course consists of Ken’s signature dish, the arrangement of several seasonal appetizers and a seasonal aperitif. The June menu features as main dish great Australian beef with gooselever and daikon radish. The menu consists further of dobin mushi, a richly filled consomme with seasonal vegetables, a sashimi course, tempura, a desert of Creme brulee of cherry, mousse ice cream and seasonal fruits.
