Since child chef Tomoaki Kanazawa started learning how to cook with his grandmother and his mother.

In 1985 chef Tomoaki Kanazawa started working in the kitchen when I was studying at university and to this day his passion this profession and worked several chefes of various category cuisine, national and international.

In 1993 came to Portugal with the ambassador of Japan. To date chef Tomoaki is learning the european culture in particular the cuisine culture.
