TAWA, which means “Tower” in Japanese, was born where the freshness of the best fish and the best products of the Western region predominate - the Torres Vedras Municipal Market.
The first Japanese restaurant in the county has some specialties of sushi, using sea fish such as horse mackerel, sea bass, snapper, snapper and others considered by the Japanese as “the best fish in the world”.
