Hattori Sushi Devil makes both traditional and nouveaux sushi and our chefs are regarded as some of the best outside Japan. We have over 20 fish varieties and strive for the basic concept of sushin, which means that it should be as fresh as possible, which means that the fish is cut only after ordering. The chefs constantly develop the menu and mix in some odd ingredients such as exotic fruits and fresh spices to create new taste experiences for you as a guest. Soyan on the table, for example, is available in three flavors: original, lemon and smoky.
