The restaurant atmosphere is intimate, cozy and, of course, inspired by Japan – an exclusive experience within the walls of the big hotel it calls home, which enriches the attraction still. Just as it is with the city of Gothenburg.
At vRÅ we use both Swedish and Japanese cooking techniques, and sometimes combine them in the same dish. Some examples of this can be found in the Cured, Smoked Char Tartar with Soy Sauce or Seared Halibut in Yuzu Butter. -
